Our People: With over 75 years of combined cheerleading and gymnastics experience, the Cheer Carolina Staff are exceptional in bringing out the best each athlete has to offer! Our all star staff members are well-trained, as well as, being USASF certified coaches. Additionally, we pride ourselves on remaining current with the ever-changing rules/regulations/guidelines governing the cheerleading community. 2. Our Philosophy: We build PEOPLE before PYRAMIDS. Not only do we focus on teaching cheerleading, we offer opportunities for personal growth through various community service events. Operating under the “Perfection before Progression” theory, CCA minimizes injury to our athletes while teaching basic through advanced fundamentals of cheerleading. 3. Our Facility: Our Hillsborough-based gym is equipped with one full-sized, spring loaded floor and a standard foam-loaded carpet-bonded floor. Additionally, we utilize multiple types of tumbling apparatuses to ensure the safety of each of our athletes throughout the learning process.
